“We are not defined by adversity. We are defined by our ability to respond. Covid-19 has been an unprecedented challenge that has torn apart communities and families across the globe. When I saw on the news that 50% of small businesses in San Francisco were going out of business by the end of the pandemic, I knew that we couldn’t let this crisis define us. We have to respond, and we have to respond with innovation.“

Novaris Consulting is a student-run consulting group founded in May 2020 as a response to the Covid-19 crisis. We are a team of 21 talented students from top universities across the globe, who are passionate about helping our communities through providing free consulting services to small businesses and startups struggling from the crisis.

We understand that the most vulnerable during this crisis are the ones who make our communities stronger. Novaris Consulting exclusively partners with small businesses and startups in our communities because we strongly believe that the foundations of our cities, towns, and neighborhoods are built by our local people.

Our team strives to uplift those in need to redefine their businesses in a time of unprecedented change. As we look towards the future, we hope that our communities won’t be defined by the aftermath of Covid-19, but instead by our abilities to adapt, to innovate, and to persevere in the face of adversity.
